sapporo enyu yagakko memorial hall competition confucius

requested functions are located around the snow-silo as a core of the memorial hall. the ground floor has large openings to have continuity with the park outside. a word of confucius "there's a friend,  comes from far away,  it is fun" is selected as the concept for the sapporo enyu-yagakko memorial hall.
